Walk Wild Terms and Conditions 2025
Walk Wild Cancelation Policies for Day walks, First Aid and Navigation Days are the following:
Booking Cancelled prior to 21 days before event starts:
If you cancel your place on a day walk, first aid or navigation workshop prior to 21 days to the event taking place you will be offered a place on an alternate date, if this is not possible for you to attend, we will refund the full amount within 3-5 business days.
Booking Cancelled within 21 days to the start of the event
If you cancel your place (for any reason) on your event within 21 days to the start of the event you will be allowed to change to a new available date. No refund is available.
Booking cancelled within 72hrs (3 days) of trip commencing
If you cancel your place within 72hrs of event commencing, for any reason. - Unfortunately no full refund and no new date change available.
Walk Wild Adventure Weekends
Walk Wild Cancelation Policies for any of our two/three day adventures are the following:
Deposit of £145 is non refundable
Booking Cancelled Prior to 30 days before trip starts
If you cancel your place no later than 30 days prior to the trip starting, you will be entitled to transfer your £250 onto another Walk Wild expedition weekend, series of navigation workshops or walks or you will be entitled to your 2nd payment refund.
Booking Cancelled within 21 days
If you cancel your place within 21 days prior to trip commencing you are entitled to only transfer your £250 to another Walk Wild expedition weekend, series of navigation workshops or walks. 2nd payment refund not available.
Booking cancelled within 48hrs of trip commencing
If you cancel your place within 48 hours of trip commencing - Unfortunately, no full refund available. This is due to potentially food, accommodation and transport being allocated and paid externally for your place, or your place being allocated to you.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities with WalkWild, I acknowledge that:
I am aware of and understand the potential risk and dangers associated with walking, wild camping and physical activity outdoors in a woodland, forest,
coastal, gentle hill based environment and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks and dangers involved.
I understand that that exercise activities outdoors involve a risk of injury and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the dangers involved. I hereby agree and expressly assume all and any risks of injury or death.
I know of no reason why I should not participate in any of the activities with WalkWild. I hereby declare myself free of any condition, Covid-19, disease, infirmity or illness that may prevent my participation. I agree to inform Ian Finch and where appropriate provide written consent from my doctor should such a condition or complaint arise before continuing with any activity.
I am aware I have the opportunity to ask questions about these activities and other general related issues. If I choose not to take any advice or disregard any advice given, I do so voluntarily and accept liability for all resulting injuries or damage.
I am aware that Ian is a former Royal Marine Commando, Lowland Leader Qualified, First Aid Trained 2024/25 and is a Mountain Leader (training only). I attend and participate in any activities with WalkWild 100% under my own risk. I hereby agree and expressly assume all and any risk of injury or death.
I do hereby waive, release and discharge Ian Finch and Walk Wild from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities while under his supervision of WalkWild.
